What’s the difference between “Public” and “Discoverable”?
Any Series on Coleader can be made Public as long as the user is the Creator of all content and resources uploaded to this Series, or has permission to make all content Public. Public Series will show on the Creator’s Public Profile Page, and can be shared anywhere by the Creator. These Series WILL NOT show in Search unless made Discoverable.
A Discoverable Series is one that has been vetted by the Coleader team and is approved to be made available via Search, and optionally on the Explore page based on its seasonal or contextual relevance. Series that are Discoverable have the option to add a credit price (otherwise Series are by default free)
If add content I own to Coleader, do I retain ownership?
Yes! Coleader is a platform for you to distribute your content. You retain ownership of the content, and can share on other platforms as well. See your Creator contract for full details.
Featured Content Providers
Who are the Featured Content Providers on Coleader?
Featured Content Providers (FCPs) provide resources that can be used in building a Series to be submitted for the Explore page. This list is constantly being updated with new options for you to include in your Series.
Any resource on DYM can be included in your Series, with the Featured Content Provider royalty going to the DYM author. To use a DYM resource, simply add it to “Links” on your Block, and the Coleader team will replace with the actual resource when your Series is made Discoverable.

Darkroom Faith videos are able to be included in any Coleader Series. Note that the inclusion of Darkroom Faith videos requires that the Series be free, so no royalties will be earned.

Can a Series have multiple Creators that earn royalties?
A Series has a single Creator that displays on the platform, however multiple creators can earn royalties. If you need to set this up for your Series, please reach out to [email protected].
I included the same Featured Content Provider (FCP) resource on multiple Sessions. Will I have royalties deducted on each Session?
Yes, royalties are calculated for each Session, so any FCP resource included in a Session will deduct from the Creator’s royalty, even if the same resource is used on multiple sessions.
I’d like my organization to be paid royalties instead of me. Is that possible?
