Refund Policy
You may request a refund for your Premium or Premium+ subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits have been used. If credits have been utilized, the subscription becomes non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your purchase details.
Credit Packs
Credit Packs are available as one-time purchases and are not set for auto-renewal. Please note that all Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable. Be sure to consider your needs carefully before making a purchase.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
All Coleader subscriptions are billed yearly on an auto-renewal basis. To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must reach out to our customer support team at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, please email [email protected] with your cancellation request. Our support team will assist you with the cancellation process and provide confirmation once your subscription has been successfully canceled.
